PINEAPPLE DAIQUIRI

3/4 oz. Rose's Lime Juice
1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1/4 oz. Triple Sec
3 oz. Pineapple JuiceCombine in a blender with 8 - 10 ice cubes. Blend until thick and smooth. Serve in a tall glass.

PLANTER'S PUNCH

1 oz. Rose's Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Dark Rum
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
1 dash bitters
Shake with ice. Strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge.

STRAWBERRY MARGARITA

1 oz. Rose's Lime Juice
3/4 oz. Two Fingers Tequila
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1/2 cup strawberries
Combine all ingredients in a blender with 4 ice cubes. Blend until thick and smooth. Pour into a large, sugar-rimmed margarita glass.

BEACH PARTY

1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1 oz. Pineapple juice
1 oz. Orange juice
1 oz. Grenadine
Mix in a shaker or blender with ice and pour into a tall glass.

FLORIDA SUNRISE

1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1/2 oz. Grenadine
Orange Juice
Pour grenadine into the bottom of a tall glass. Fill with crushed ice. Pour in rum and fill with orange juice.

TROPICAL STORM

1 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1/4 oz. Phillips Blackberry Brandy
Grapefruit juice
Pour into a tall glass half filled with ice. Fill with grapefruit juice and float the blackberry brandy on top.

YELLOW BIRD

3/4 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1/4 oz. Galliano
1/4 oz. Crème de Banana
2 oz. Pineapple juice
2 oz. Orange juice
Shake well. Pour into a glass with ice cubes and decorate with a pineapple ring, cherry and orange slice.

BALI HAI

1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
2 oz. Lemon or lime juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
1/4 oz. Orgeat syrup
Champagne
Pour the Bacardi Light Rum, lemon or lime juice and grenadine into a tall glass filled with crushed or shaved ice. Add the orgeat syrup and fill with champagne.

SEX ON THE BEACH

1 oz. Kamora
1 oz. Phillips Vodka
1/2 oz. Phillips Peppermint Schnapps
Serve over ice.

POLAR BEAR

1 oz. Kamora
1 oz. Skyy Vodka
Vanilla ice cream
Blend.

BIMINI PUNCH

1 1/2 oz. Ronrico Rum
4 oz. Pineapple Juice
Splash of Lime Juice
Mix and serve on the rocks.

HEAT WAVE

1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Light or Dark Rum
4 oz. Orange juice
In a blender with 1/12 cup ice, blend until smooth. Pour into a 10 oz. Glass, serve immediately. "When the temperature soars - immerse yourself in this heat wave! Perfect for the longest and hottest of days!

STRAWBERRY BLONDE

6 Fresh Strawberries
3/4 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
Several Dashes of Lemon Juice
Chilled J. Roget
Mix strawberries, liqueur and lemon juice in a shaker or blender with cracked ice. Strain into a large chilled goblet. Fill with J. Roget.

MAI TAI

3/4 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1/4 oz. Bacardi 151 Rum
1/2 oz. Orange Curacao
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Orgeat syrup
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
In an old fashioned or stem glass half filled with cracked ice, put juice, syrups and orange curacao . Add rums and stir gently. Garnish with mint sprigs, pineapple spear and red cherry. "This tropical drink is like the coolest of breezes on the hottest of days."

RUM RUNNER

1 oz. Bacardi Light rum
1/2 oz. Bacardi Dark rum
1/2 oz. Banana liqueur
1 oz. Orange juice
2 oz. Pineapple juice
1 oz. Lime juice
Splash of Grenadine
Blend. Pour over rocks (or serve frozen). Garnish with strawberry, pineapple wedge, umbrella & flex straw. "An unlikely combination of rum, blackberry brandy, banana liqueur, Bacardi Select rum and tropical juices."

BACARDI BUCK

1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Light rum
Ginger Ale
Pour rum in highball glass filled with ice. Add ginger ale and garnish with twist of lemon peel.

COCONUT DREAM

2 oz. Bacardi Select rum
1 ox. Coconut cream
pinch of cinnamon
Blend with crushed ice. Garnish with a cherry.

STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI

1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Light rum
5 Large Fresh or Frozen Strawberries
1/2 oz. Lime juice
1 tsp. Sugar
Mix all ingredients in a blender with 1/2 cup crushed ice and blend for 10 to 20 seconds. Serve in chilled cocktail glass. "Strawberries and rum! Strawberries and rum! Strawberries and rum!"

 

WAVE CUTTER

1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1 oz. Cranberry juice
1 oz. Orange juice
Served in a tall glass with an orange wheel.

 

CUBA LIBRE

1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Light or Bacardi Dark Rum
Cola
Pour rum into a tall glass filled with ice. Fill with your favorite cola and garnish with a squeeze of a lemon or lime wedge.

 

FROZEN BACARDI HURRICANE

1 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1 oz. Bacardi Dark Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Passion Fruit Syrup
Blend with ice until slushy. "Devastatingly delicious! Bacardi Light and Dark rums combined with the tingle of lime juice, orange juice and passion fruit syrup. Watch for this hurricane!"

BACARDI CLASSIC DAIQUIRI

1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1/2 tsp. Sugar
In a shaker dissolve sugar in lime juice. Add Bacardi and crushed ice. Shake well. Serve in iced Champagne glass.

SEXY WATERMELON

1 oz. Phillips Watermelon Schnapps
1/4 oz. Phillips Vodka
1/4 oz. Phillips Raspberry Schnapps
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Serve over ice.

HARVEY WALLBANGER

1 oz. Galliano
1 oz. Skyy Vodka
Orange Juice

 

 

SPICESICLE

1 oz. Bacardi Spice
3/4 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. Orange Juice
2 oz. Cream
Blend with ice until frothy. Serve up in a wine glass or balloon glass.

1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Spice
1 oz. Bacardi Light
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Sweet & Sour
Splash grenadine or cranberry juice

STRAWBERRY BLOND

3 parts Bartender's Strawberry Tequila

1 oz. Skyy Vodka
1 oz. Bombay Gin
Juice of 1/2 Lime
In a mug serve over ice. Fill with Tap Beer.

SCREWDRIVER

1 1/4 oz. Phillips or Skyy Vodka
Orange Juice
In a tall glass with ice, fill with orange juice.

WOO WOO

3/4 oz. Skyy or Phillips Vodka
3/4 oz. Phillips Peppermint Schnapps
In a tall glass with ice.

CALIFORNIA COOL-AID

1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Rum
Orange Juice
Milk
Pour rum into a tall glass half filled with ice. Add half orange juice and half milk. Stir.

CALIFORNIA LEMONADE

1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Rum
3 oz. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Sugar
Bitters
Club Soda
Pour rum, lemon juice, sugar and bitters into a tall glass half filled with ice. Fill with club soda and stir.

CALYPSO COOL-AID

1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Lemon or Rose's Lime Juice
1/2 tsp Sugar
Soda
Mix rum, juices and sugar in a shaker or blender with ice and pour into a tall glass. Fill with soda and garnish with pineapple spear and lime wheel.

CARIBBEAN JOY

1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
Mix in shaker or blender with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

HAWAIIN NIGHT

1 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1/4 oz. Phillips Cherry Brandy
Pineapple Juice
Pour rum into a tall glass half filled with ice. Fill with pineapple juice and float cherry flavored brandy on top.

HEAT WAVE

1 1/4 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
4 oz. Orange Juice
In a blender with 1/2 cup ice, blend until smooth. Pour into a 10 oz. Glass. Serve immediately.

1 1/4 oz. Bombay Gin
Grapefruit Juice
Cranberry Juice
In a tall glass with ice, fill with half grapefruit juice and half cranberry juice.

1/4 oz. Lemon Juice
2 dashes Rose's Grenadine

1 1/4 oz. Bombay Gin
4 sprigs Mint
1 tsp. Sugar
In a highball glass filled with shaved ice, stir until glass is frosted. Garnish with fresh mint.

ORANGE BLOSSOM

1 1/4 oz. Bombay Gin
1 oz. Sweetened Lemon Mix
2 oz. Orange Juice
Shake with ice and our on the rocks.

SALTY DOG

1 1/4 oz. Bombay Gin
Grapefruit Juice
Salt
Wet rim of tall glass with juice or water and dip into salt to coat (optional). Pour gin over ice, fill with grapefruit juice and stir.

SINGAPORE SLING

1 1/4 oz. Bombay Gin
1/2 oz. Phillips Cherry Brandy
3 dashes Benedictine
dash Rose's Grenadine
Sweetened Lemon Mix
Club Soda
Shake all ingredients with ice (except club soda and Benedictine). Fill tall glass, top with club soda and float Benedictine.

TROPICAL GIN

1 1/4 oz. Bombay Gin
1/2 cup Melon Cubes, fresh or frozen
1 tsp Rose's Lime Juice
In a blender with 1/3 cup crushed ice, blend until smooth. Pour over ice in chilled goblet. Garnish with a slice of lime.

HONOLULU COCKTAIL

1 part Benedictine
1 part Bombay Gin
1 part Cherry Juice
Stir well with cracked ice and strain into cocktail glass.

PEACH ON THE BEACH

3/4 oz. DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps
1/2 oz. Phillips Vodka
Orange Juice
Cranberry Juice
In a tall glass filled with ice, equal parts of orange juice and cranberry juice.

PEACH PIRATE

3/4 oz. DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps
1/2 oz. Bacardi Rum
In a shot glass.

SON OF A PEACH

1 1/2 oz. DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
3 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Sweet N' Sour Mix
Blend with crushed ice. Strain into stemmed cocktail glass.
